Tapered brush?
Is there a brush or a way to make different brushes have a tapered end? I am wanting a round brush effect so I can make a teardrob shape stroke or a point on the end or beginning of a stroke.

If you select the pen tool while in painting mode, the size of the paint stroke is based on how much you squeeze R2

Also, in Sculpt mode there is a spline tool that let's you change scale of each end of the spline.
You could also try stamping a sphere, then a cone, i've made tear drop shapes like that in past
