Use the "nudge" option
You sometimes see a tooltip to "nudge". It shows R2 plus another symbol I don't recognise. What does this do please and how do I use it?
This replaces my previous post where I mistakenly referred to tweak instead of nudge

Hey,
The nudge tooltip is there to remind you that you can push R2 lightly in order to move something more slowly than just fully pressing R2.
Hope that helps :)

You have to slightly press in on R2 to "nudge" the object to place it more precisely. I think this is it what it is.
