How do I attach shapes to a puppet?

What if I want to add something to a torso or hand of a puppet so it moves with it? Currently the objects won't attach even if grouped.

Hey,

Just to add: when things are grouped, they should move together. The key is to make sure the objects inside the group are not set to Moveable, or they will detach from the group.
