Is there a built in sprinting/running animation?

Or do I have to make my own. The default running looks like an awkward speed walk.

Hit your puppet with L1 + Square and you’ll find all sorts of tweaks for Walk, Run, Jump divided into Upper and Lower Body

Is there a combination of settings to make it look like they are sprinting, or do I need to use custom key frames?

I am using the basic puppet. Does the deluxe one look better?
