Is Output Wired?

For nodes. Just like Is Input Wired?

This would allow us to do things like chain objects together with wires between nodes. Right now we can find out if it's the first in the chain by checking if there's nothing wired into the input node. If we had "Is Output Wired?" we could check if there's nothing wired into the output node and know it's the last in the chain.

    I can see this being useful! Sometimes you do repeated logic in series so being able to have this type of "context" aware logic makes things noice!
