The teleporter gadget works before or after the physics engine works?
As the title say. Also a curiosity, do the new scope in the gadget works different by having the priority be either negative or positive?

Teleporting makes the object, contained objects, and objects jointed to the teleported object ignore physics entirely. They are not simulated at all.
So... neither? ;P
The scope setting isn't affected by the priority; they're completely separate functions.
