Have a "Restore on checkpoint activation" toggle on every element
This would be useful in case you need to restore enemies, power-ups or specific collectibles after using a checkpoint.
It is currently doable with existing logic but it would be nice to have it integrated in the checkpoint system.
You could also have named checkpoints, to be able to restore specific elements only after respawning through specific checkpoints.

Yeah this would be cool! The system could also be adapted to facilitate "save files". If you could tag or flag entities to save when a save is triggered. Then add a new gadget to trigger save and load!

You'd have to be careful about what to do when one player respawns and the other is still playing though--that could get super frustrating if it doesn't work exactly the right way.
