Can you create a link to your forum page

Can dreamer create a link to your collaboration forum page. In the title page of a dream you created ? So you can share you plan and images on what you are planning to create.

  I'm not sure what you mean by a "collaboration form." But you can just add a link into the description and people can click on it I believe. If they click on it in-game, it will open a browser window and load up the link I think.
