A 18+ place where you can create gore horror games or even erotic game like suit larry, but this would need a permission to enter and would not be tagged in normal dreamsurfing, this would allow even more freedom for more types of creators come in, a good way would be putting Password in those games for only selected accounts can play it without affecting the other half of community.

Unfortunately, PlayStation is super censorious since moving to LA. They believe they know better and must protect adults from themselves.

Dreams is a PEGI-12 game, so the online content must abide by those standards I believe. Not a lot they can do about it, I don't think.

Online content is and always has been unrated by all content rating entities.

They could make use of the parent option in the Playstation settings to achieve this filter
