"Better Score Posted" output

If we were able to block the showing of score popups, and get the player's old score, this output would allow creators to show their own popups, whenever would be best for their game, matching the UI of their game, positioning it so it doesn't disrupt gameplay, etc.

This would give creators the ability to properly integrate scores into their game however they wish. While also allowing them to use the built-in popups and such if they don't want to worry about things to that level of detail.

  This output could be a player info wire too, for if there are multiple players and not all of them posted a better score.
