Copyright Questions
I've recently published a Dream: "Word Search Master". https://indreams.me/dream/mncKnXKyxux
It's essentially a word search game with randomly generated puzzles.
I've used the titles of real video games, movies and websites as words that appear in the puzzles. Would this be a violation of copyright/trademark in anyway? Is this not covered under Fair Use?

My understanding is, as long as the game isnt based predominantly around an IP, no images are used etc, It should be good.
For example, you can have "Batman" as an answer in a trivia game, but you can't have a "Batman" trivia game.

According to this, names of characters don't tend to be copyrighted. But they may be trademarks. Which just means you can't call your wordsearch "The Batman Wordsearch," because that implies it's an official Batman thing. But using Batman as a word in the search is okay.
