problems with online saving

for months when I tried to save my creations online, it takes more than 8 minutes and it switches to offline mode. I have to close the game to try again. only after several long attempts my creation is saved but I spend more time trying to save than creating. Does anyone feel the same.

Is it just one creation that's doing it? Check with a blank Scene and see how long it takes to save online. It should be instant.

If the blank Scene takes any notable time to save, then I would guess the issue relates to your internet connection. It could be anything from a firewall, to port issues, to NAT.

Another potential issue would be if you have a slow upload speed and you're trying to save a bunch of imported audio. Ideally your upload should be at least a few mb per second.

blank scenes have the same problem.
The NAT is 2.
The download speed is 68.5Mbps and the upload speed is 21.1Mbps.
I will try to move the modem configuration I hope to solve it.

I solved it by opening the ports on my router.
