Allow the emoji section of the virtual keyboard

I noticed recently that the PS5 virtual keyboard has an emoji tab, letting us type in emojis as we would on a phone. It would really help creators if that could be enabled for use inside Dreams, as one of the common questions is "How do I add emojis? Where can I look for the codes?"

It's conceivable that this isn't available on the PS4, or the PS4-backwards-compatibility mode that Dreams uses, but thought it was worth a try...
