Why did Mm wipeout all activity from all Dreamers that I am following? It now only shows All Hallows...

I don't think Mm go around to specific individuals and remove their notifications as you're saying. Far more likely that a problem occurred.

I at no point said that they had targeted me specifically. It was most likely a glitch with an update, or they wanted more eyes on All Hallows Dreams, so wiped everything else.

Did it happen to you and/or others as well?
