Automated email replies to bug reports should quote the user's bug title in the subject header
When a user encounters a bug and they can't remember if they've already reported it, they should be able to discover whether they've reported it by reading the automated email replies that they've already received for earlier bug reports.
They can't do that with the automated email replies as they are at present. The only identifying information in those replies is a request number. In the past, the user could use that request number to look up a bug report in the "Requests" tab of their forum profile, but that's no longer the case - new bug reports stopped being added there over a year ago.
The best fix for this would be for the automated email reply to include the user's title for the bug report in the subject header. The user would then be able to tell at a glance whether or not they've already reported the bug.

And the body of the report if possible. I've talked to them about this in the past, for the same reasons. There was a report I made I wanted to get the details of. And other times when I wanted to add to a report with more info I'd found on it. I think perhaps whatever system they're using just doesn't let them do that? Which, if that's the case, just sounds like it's a bad ticketing system to me.
