Yes.There's a Gadget called the Possession Recorder.Its like the Action Recorder, expect its used to record puppet movements.Sounds like exactly what you need.

No.Its a single scene, scene.1 location. The camera never moves.There's only 7 elements in the scene.

He was wrong. That was probably a feature that was in the game at one point and then taken out. He couldn't even get it to work during the stream.
