How to publish public an element from my work in progress scene?

Remove sun & sky "smoothing"?

If you power on the sun & sky gadget it takes a while for the sky to fully become the new colour. Sometimes that isn't desired.Can you make this change instant?

copy looseness amount to a different sculpt

In shape editor in a sculpt it has a looseness amount. I have a second sculpt that I cannot seem to match on looseness/sculpture detail. If I look in the tweak menu 3rd page neither have any loosen...
