How do I make a puppet aim a gun in all 3 Axis?

The "Face Camera direction" option only makes the puppet face the cam but it doesn't look up and down. Is there a way to take contro of it's arms and torso to make it aim where I need it to?

How do I fix rotation issues in Flight simulators?

I'm having an Issue with Rotators in Dreams, where they get mixed up in turning direction, or won't complete a full 360 degree turn. Is there a fix for this? Or is this a bug in the game's codeing?
