The counter works, im assuming this works, havent had the chance to try it but a two input or gate one is the input you want to work once and one is connected to the output of that same gate so onc...

L2 is your secondary hands T trigger, R2 is your primary hand's T trigger.

There should be an option in the keyframe settings to stay at the keyframe's position when it is over. I think that would fix it
