How do I record “spiciness” for an audio clip by using L2 with the action recorder?

So I’ve got a music clip that needs a little spice. I’ve already had success using the action controller to manipulate other settings like effects, but when I try to record spiciness by using L2 it doesn’t record the movement.

If you grab the spiciness slider with X the action will be recorded normally, but in this case, I need a bit more finesse and precision. I’ve tried using a controller sensor and a value slider and recording the movement on the slider, but this didn’t work either. I’m guessing that the recorder only saves changes that are caused by pressing X to change a setting or physically moving an object. For example, if I shake the slider around while changing the value with L2, the recorder will save the movement of the slider but not the value as it changes.

  What you have surmised in your post is correct - there is no way currently to record Spiciness with L2 outside of the original recording. However, it will work when pressing cross over the Spiciness slider in the tweak menu.
