Does anyone know how to loop a specific part of any song in the timeline while keyframes without the timer?

I saw Underoath_77’s track called “The Underworld”, and I saw the timeline looped from the end to a specific part of the track, so I asked him, how can I do that, and he texted me how to do with keyframes, “You gotta use a keyframe off of your timeline, hold L1 and drag the play head with X where you want to loop, quit animating, and turn on “Keep Changes” on the key frame, the just add it at the very end of your song.” but no mater how many times I’ve tried following the text, the keyframes never worked for me. Can you help me?

  Test your keyframe before putting it on the timeline to make sure it moves the playhead as expected, if it does then make sure the timeline powers on the keyframe, you might just need to move it a little sooner.
  Also a timeline has a End output that could trigger the keyframe but might have slight delay.
