Change animation speed at a trigger point

  • OreganoSpindle

One way is to use a keyframe.
Start recording and, without moving your painting or changing anything else, go to the >>> tab of your paint settings and slide the animation speed up to the desired amount.
Then make it so that the trigger zone powers on that keyframe.

(If you want it to stay powered on indefinitely after the trigger zone is activated, you would make a counter fill up once the trigger zone is activated and use the "counter full" output to turn on your keyframe)

Quick note: to have a keyframe’s state continue after the keyframe is unpowered, you can just turn on “keep changes” in its tweak menu.
