A gadget that lets us display pictures through a per-user "upload" systemboth of these images were created ingame with text displayers!

 

The upload system in question: on a page in this site (ex indreams.me/import/images) you would have the ability to upload pictures to the database with limits. These limits could end up being something like a max file size of 1mb or a limit of 10 images per user at once. After uploading the desired photos, the player can then access their catalog through the gadget shown in the images above.

    Yes, it would be cool if the game had something like this built in. Coynem actually used a workaround using sound gadgets but it requires a background in coding and a pc to do it with.

    I like the fact that you used images to get the idea across. Pictures are worth a 1000 words and makes things more clear.

    It would be good if the indreams site would be more integrated into the creation process. A image displayer would be infinitely amazing. If they add a 1MB limit, or made it so you could display your uploaded photos, it would be really helpful.

    I hope they do that with the planned text displayer update. Otherwise the projection feature will be super limited. I mean, isn't it a basic thing in all game engines to display pictures, aka texture?
