yes, using this method you'd need to keyframe the groups position instead of using multiple cameras. In future, we can add an easier way to use sculpts/paint for a hud.-Marcos

Put your paint strokes and anything other bits for your UI into a group with a camera, now you can move the whole group around, and the bits will stay in same pace relative to camera.-Marcos
