Play/Pause Timeline Control Location

I would prefer to have the play/pause controls that move along the bottom of the timeline relocated to fixed locations on the title bar. These controls tend to get in the way when I have to go between the timeline and, say, a microchip behind the timeline. I move the timeline to be out of the way, but then move my imp down, the controls appear and block what I’m doing again. Also, they do not appear if an object on the timeline is on the last visible row above where you move your imp down from. This is problematic for fixed sample instruments such as drums as it may be near impossible to get the timeline play/pause controls to show up. Fixed play/pause controls would seem to be easier to implement and cause less interference when creating. I understand the current implementation is likely great for very long timelines, but R3 is a great shortcut in that case.

  This. I hate the way that the Timeline's playback panel follows your Imp when it's anywhere underneath it. I've lost track of how many times I've accidentally pressed play or rewind when I meant to select something completely unrelated. Either relocate the buttons to the top of the Timeline's circuit board or lock the panel's position so it doesn't follow the Imp.
