Text Displayer resize handles should stay the same visual size

Other gizmos all stay the same visual size on the screen regardless of moving nearer them or scaling the gizmo. It's quite frustrating if you're working with a gizmo that has been scaled up a lot, because the handles are huge too.

It makes it difficult to drag the actual text gizmo around, scale it, etc.

    Same for the spline handles. These can get oversized to the point where it’s nearly impossible to work with!

    It’s been a while since this has been posted but I think it’s still very relevant as it certainly would be, while being a small change, a huge QoL improvement for working with text gadgets. We’ve not got Sticker Mode, which is awesome in itself. Now we need just a tiny bit more love for text gadgets by keeping handle sizes the same size :)
