I would name them something other than Lego.

Copyright in this case isn't about importing assets that the Lego company made. It's about using their IP without permission or license--their logo, their brick design (which is likely patented) etc.

That said, you could release it and Mm won't do anything about it until Lego tells them to moderate it, basically. But also it means you wouldn't be eligible for promotion of that project. And potentially barred from the Impys in the future, as you're really meant to play by the rules if they're going to give you accolades like that.

I want to play by the rules would sharing it as fan art would that still be in breach of copyright if it is I'll just keep it as a learning experience.

Its a kit collection, so you dont need to worry about Mmpicks or Impys because they are generally only awarded to Dreams. Although it is possible for Lego to kick up a stink and have all lego related items in Dreams removed they havent in 3 years and there is a huge community of lego enthusiasts on the internet making animated lego movies and fan art and the only publicised cease and desist was over a company making lego guns (which was against the company ethos) so I say go ahead and post it. Way over half of all creations in Dreams are copyright infringing and really no one cares. I do not believe Mm blacklists people for Impys based on previous creations - I think each Impy nomination stands on its own merits.
