    I can't see how i can make my ship move in the correction direction? Do i connect the L stick to an advanced mover? When i do that, it just goes in 1 specific direction.

    How do i change the speed of a puppet's jump?

    I cant seem to find the option..? I found the keyframe for the jump position, ascend and descend but its doesnt have a timing logic involved..? Where can i set a jump to be 0.4sec long for example ...

    You are overthinking it. Just have the eyelid in the head, then use an animation recorder or timeline with keyframes, rptate the eyelid so it becomes visible, then rotate back.
