Scoreboard timer problem

I currently have a timer scoreboard but every single time someone does it the score is always 0.03s. How do you change it so it actually gives the correct timer score?

  I think I answered this on another post.
  
  1 logic frame lasts 0.033 seconds (30 FPS). So you're likely posting the score immediately after starting the timer.
