Help with logic for a two way animated door?

    I think you're on the right track. I'm guessing you want it to open one way when walking "out" and the other way when walking "in", like saloon doors? Otherwise you wouldn't need two zones I guess?

    Not sure what you mean about the NOT gate, however? My guess is that you want it to close once you're through the door completely, but it will start closing as you get halfway through the door, and then it starts opening the other way--something like that?

    The solution may be more or less complicated, so I thought it would be best to get that figured out before launching into an explanation.

    You might need 4 trigger zones. 1 on either side of the door to activate the opening, and another set further out to detect when you're all the way through, and it's safe to close the doors.

    That's what I was thinking. You might get away with a single zone to make sure you're all the way through? Depends how far you want to take it I guess.
