Two keyframes stops after blend

Hi all,

This might just be because I'm an animation newbie, but I'm having trouble getting it keyframes to blend. I've got three on a timeline attached to a camera, trying to execute a Goldeneye 007 style level-intro animation. This move smoothly from keyframe 1 to keyframe 2, but when it's time to blend from 2 to 3 the camera pauses for a moment before moving on. Is there any way to eliminate this stop time and blend seamlessly between 2 and 3? Or if this just how keyframe animation works?

    Something to make sure of is that "smoothing" is on in all the keyframes. Can't guarantee that'll work though; having a bit of trouble myself with this.
