How would I make a jump scare?

I made a spider and I want it to jump down from a tree and then have it scream when the player enters the trigger zone, I am unsure on how to make it work though

  Make a timeline, and add keyframes to move things around. Add sound effects to the timeline if you want. Wire up power to it when you want the timeline to play and the jump scare to happen.
