why doesnt this work or how do i make this work....

Not sure I understand the "make it jump base on the number" part.

But if you want one of them to just plain loop, you could take it out of the timeline, and turn it off. Then use a keyframe to turn it on, and put the keyframe into timeline A and make it last however long you need it to. That should work okay.

that's what i did but, by jump i mean if the timeline has 10 rows and when the playhead gets 0.1 of power the playhead jumps to row 1 and so on, but when it has 0.1 power into the play head that should move the playhead onto the looping timeline but it doesn't play because the main timeline isn't playing.

basiclly what it should happen is the main timeline has 0.1 power into the playhead setting it to row 1 in row 1 theres a looping timeline that should do its own thing but it doesnt play due to the main timelines settings.

Yep. So taking the looping timeline out of that main timeline will mean it will just play and loop while powered. So then leave it unpowered, and add a keyframe to the main timeline that turns it on.
