Animation clipping issue?

So, I'm currently working on a kung fu form animation and while I have a solid foundation for the animation, at certain points it seems like limbs are stuck during an animation.

I've been trying for hours to try and fix this, because it's messing with the animation.
Went back and fort to see if the stances of the model I'm using are correct, there is nothing for the limbs to get stuck on, so anybody have any idea what the issue might be?
Might it be a clipping issue for the model itself?

I'm trying to improve the animation as much as possible before the beta ends and this is driving me nuts.

Any help would be appreciated.
