    As QuietlyWrong said you can already do 2/3 of those things with an advanced mover. The grid point movement during gameplay would be good though. Maybe you could assign this new grid chip to objects and when you move them they would only move according to the grid you setup on the logic piece. You could potentially lock certain axis movement too.

    That is true about the advanced mover, in which case this might be better as just a snap to grid gadget. But I like the idea of the stopper being able to instantaneously stop an object mid-air and then resume its trajectory afterwards.

    Yeah, pausing/resuming a movable object is doable--I have a tutorial on patreon for it. But it's a bit complex, and maybe a little thermo-heavy depending on how many objects it needs to apply to. A dedicated gadget that does that for us should be easy to hook into the physics sim, and save newer creators a headache.

    Grid is doable too. I have tutorials for that waiting also. Depends on how you need to use it, but fairly easy to set up for grid-based games.
