Statistics tracker tool

Something similar to score, but instead of viewing everyone's individually, every stat added in gameplay is added to a big collective thing.

The player can view their own stats, the global collective stats, and whatever username's stats they search for.

This could be useful for determining how difficult something is, like "this many people beat this level" "this level took this many attempts on average" or just fun things like "you took out this many enemies" and it wouldn't clutter the score menu.

Also add a high score output to the score tool please
