Here in the picture you can see 2 different camera perspectives.

Dreams uses the second option.

All professional modeling programs have the ability to switch between these two. 

Technical It's not difficult to add, it's just changing the camera zoom.

how it works: after you changed the perspective - the camera should switch to the maximum zoom, but at the same time move away from the model and the control sensitivity should become lower. As you can understand, it will not be difficult for developers to add this.

  Orthographic view options would be really useful.

  LBP had an option for this called 'Frontal view' and it made creating certain shapes easier. I wish Dreams had these camera options
