Changing Notes in Music Clip

But since I don’t see an official thread for it in “ideas” I want to make it a wish-to-have.

The workaround for replacing notes in a music clip as mentioned in the thread above is obviously functional but not really ideal. I could imagine some sort of shift button press or the like to replace notes instead of instruments when drag-dropping.
