Is it possible to give people remix rights as an ingame prize?

I want to give away rights to remix the whole scene to people as a collectible for example. Is it possible?

  I’m pretty sure you can’t do that, but I think you could save another version of your scene that’s remixable and then put it into a prize bubble?
