Calculate "NOT" output and Calculator != options.

Can we get a new NOT output on the caclulator please? So it outputs when the condition doesn't match! Quite simple really. More concise if/then/else logic! Saving a logic chip in the process too!

Can we also get a "!=" (or "<>") option. Bit of a weird missing option really.

  Which functions apart from = don't already have a "not" equivalent? I'm trying to think of any...
