Create a Totaly seperate instance of DREAMS that is a MOD Zone Version. (Read Details Please)

This would still only be accessible to players who have bought Dreams but it would be a Free to add MODS version of it so MODDERS could create tools and updates to game for Players to use. This would be totally separate from the Version we have now that would remain pure and un modded.
