question about copyright stuff

i made music that was Nintendo related note by note with instruments nothing recorded directly but it still gets removed?

is anything Nintendo related getting removed? all the Mario and pokemon stuff?

but for me i made that tune note by note as a remake or remix so why does it get removed for copyright when im not taking credit for it or making money from it? that in my book isnt copyright when the credit goes to the right people.

  Is that original music out of copyright? Did you buy a license to cover their music? If not, that's copyright infringement and Nintendo are within their rights to request that it is taken down, and Sony and Mm are obliged to comply.
