Add an option to invert y within a game
I keep seeing this in Dreams but I have not seen any tutorials explaining how this is done. I can wire the right stick into a signal manipulator to invert the signal but where do I wire the result to?

If you're using the built-in camera it uses the player's setting so that's fine.
If you made your own custom rig, then you're probably the best person to know how to invert the up/down look. -
No, I want an ingame solution. I want an option to invert y for the puppet in the game. I have seen it in other games. I just want to toggle the invert y on or off in game.

As I said, it's all dependant on what camera rig you are using and how it works. My camera rig, for example, may work differently to yours. If you're using Mm's rig it'll work different again (though it has a switch you can use anyway). So I can't help without understanding the rig you are using.
If you're not using a camera rig at all, then you cannot change that with a setting in your game. But the player can change it in their own settings. This is actually preferable, because if the player is used to playing inverted, they'll already have that setting on, and it'll just work for them without requiring them to tell you game. -
So it is not possible for a standard puppet to invert y within the game?
