Releasing a Dream for the 1st time:

I have a near complete dream with 9 scenes. All scenes have only been saved locally on my PS4. Do I have to release each scene separately, or will the act of releasing the dream AUTOMATICALLY release each separate scene? Also, I want this dream to be accessible in the Dream Surfing section; is there anything I need to do? Thanks :)

  You don’t have to release the individual scenes first, but doing that can speed up the whole process if your internet is slow.
  To make your creation accessible in Dreamsurfing just choose to release it as Playable rather than Private, and choose to have it Listed (that’s the default)
