Camera Cut Transition Time
I start a scene, the camera shows a falling block. At some point there is a cut to another camera of the same falling block from a different angle. The cut transition is instantaneous. I know that it seems like it should be, hence the name, but there is actually a transition there, and that transition needs to take "time". Our brains can process that time, but Dreams doesn't. It would be awesome if the Transition Time parameter still applied to the cut transition so that time can pass, or not, during the transition.

Sorry, I don't understand. Is the cut instantaneous or not? @.@ And what do you *want* it to do?

Yeah I'm not understanding the question, either. A cut is instantaneous. You're looking through a camera on one frame, and another camera in the next. The only time that's passed here is ~1/60th of a second (at 60 fps)
Are you trying to create something like a Jump cut, where the cut includes some passage of time? For that, I'd use a timeline with the cameras on it, where you can literally jump to another position in time.
