Is there a way to stop the sky from being visible in reflective surfaces
I've an indoor poll in a very dark room, the sky is very obvious in the reflection and with it being indoors it's kind of a problem.
I don't want to lose the shine on the water but I can't think of anything else to fix this.

That's the metallic setting. I don't know of any way to really overcome it. I had to make some metallic stuff kind of waxy in some of my scenes when I didn't like the sky reflections.

The metallic setting makes it look like the sky. If you don't want it to look like the sky, I'd probably recommend not using the metallic setting. Not sure if that helps, but... there are other settings that may look the way you want it to.
Another thing to note is, if the scene is inside and doesn't see the sky, you can turn the brightness of the sky all the way down. Then it will look black, and so will the reflection. You can fiddle with the sky settings to fiddle with how metallic surfaces look, because they effectively reflect the sky.
Hope this helps.
