when using an element my imp isnt where the element is and the element is like 1000 miles away
is this a bug or are people moving that far away then saving it as a element with a 1000 mile gab between element and imp just to annoy people who wanna use it?
also after using it and finally moving the element into the gameplay area my imp turning gets mess up, instead of turning on the spot my imp turns in a big large circle.

It's just how some people are saving assets. I have no idea how they manage to get that far away while building.
You probably already know this, but use R1 and the left stick forward to bring your imp reach back into normal range. Or is it right stick? I don't know, I'm more of a moves guy. -
It could be related to the known issue where the imp will occasionally zoom way off into the scene. If this happens to the creator and they push on the left stick, the camera will zoom towards the imp. If the creator didn't realize this happened, they might be unknowingly creating stuff far from the scene origin.
I've had this happen a few times where I've ended up so far away from the origin, my only way back was to reload the scene. -
This is down to the "grab point" of the creation you are importing. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/431479918
If you can edit the creation, make sure its grab point is in the correct place. If not, leave a comment informing the creator of the problem. -
This is easily one of my biggest peeves with Dreams. You can't blame creators for not knowing that have to mess about with grab points before uploading creations, but it's a huge pain for people trying to place said element in their scenes.
