is there no better way to force a puppet to face a fix direction?
i know i can use a look at rotator and tag to make a puppet face left or right but look rotators and puppets dont work well together at all, either the puppet doesnt turn to look at the tag or it does but very slowly or laggy like,
no other way to control the direction the puppet is facing? if i use keyframes it will record the puppets facing direction and its position and i don't want that.
still no way to tell a rotator logic to face 30 degrees instead of constantly keep spinning?

Hi there!
Have you tried using the built in puppet behaviour instead of a look at rotator?
If you tweak your puppet and go to the behaviours page which is a collection of cogs there's behaviours for having your character follow, turn towards and look at.
These work with tags so you could have a tag in your scene and then your puppet will be able to follow, turn towards or look at your target that you want.
So you could then have a tag in your scene that powers on if you're directing their gaze in a cutscene, or you could attach it to a character and have some auto targetting for example :)
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Catherine
