Copy the draw on next frame?
If I draw some people and on next frame I want move only arms, how can I do? But i dont want re-draw all the people, but only the details that I want move

Hi, I assume you're talking about the paint strokes stop frame animation? Unfortunately there is currently no way to duplicate strokes between frames at the moment although feel free to suggest it on feedback. The only work around I can see would be to use multiple strokes and break your characters up into bodies, arms etc. but obviously a bit more tricky to work like that.

Hi, good news, I was wrong! Apparently there is a solution. If you turn onion skinning on you can actually grab a previous frame and clone it into the current frame by pressing L1+R2 over it whilst using the move tool.
