How do I keep my puppet from floating off the ground?
I know there have been a couple posts about similar floating-off-the-ground issues, and I've read and tried the suggestions, which were to change the size of the puppet, tweak the collision shape, or try to move the puppet back to the purple base, none of which worked.

Hi,
The puppet floats magically when there is no floor directly below it when a level starts so that people can just publish levels with characters and they can be looked at an played.
So first make sure there is a bit of ground below the puppet when you start your level.
If you mean it floats a tiny bit above the ground but still reacts to height changes then scope inside the puppet and make sure the feet air in line and level with the puppet base.

Hi, John!
The feet aren't in line or level with the puppet base, but how do I fix that? When I try to move the puppet toward the base, the base moves too.
Thanks! -
Hi,
If you scope into the puppet and select its feet (heels and toes) and also it's pelvis you should be able to move it down.

Hi John, I tried that and it's not working. The pelvis just rotates, I can't move it anywhere.
The physical properties of my puppet (and its pelvis) are the same as the basic puppet, so what could be causing my puppet's pelvis not to move closer to the base?
